Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Since you get an error and the subscription is not activated, any amount deducted from your account would be credited back to the source. This process generally takes some time and if you do not receive your amount within the next 3-5 business days, I suggest reaching out to the bank for further details.
Coming back to the subscription part, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error that you get for better investigation and assistance?
