Problema con activacion en movil

Pague una licencia de 3 usuarios, y todo bien en las computadoras, pero al momento de dar de alta mi usuario en mi telefono no me activa todas las funciones, solo me da la opcion de contratar otra suscripción, dice que tengo el plan gratuito con el mismo usuario que si puedo usar en mi laptop

@adventurous_portfolio9937 by any chance did you try the trial version on the phone? Or ven downloaded tge trial version at one point, it could be a year ago!? When you downloaded the app on your phone, you may have unknowingly activated a separate free trial or subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it created a subscription record tied to your Apple ID or Google Play ID. The mobile app's core programming often prioritizes the local App Store subscription (the issue one) over the linked Adobe ID subscription (3-user license) for premium features. When the local store subscription is inactive or expired, the app defaults to the free tier, ignoring the valid Team license.

So, what can you do? Go to the app's settings, find the profile/account section, and Sign Out completely. Close the app and restart the mobile device (this helps clear any lingering session data). And now open the app and Sign In again, ensuring you use the exact email/password combination for the 3-user license.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

I have checked your Adobe acount linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this commuity and found that you have an active plan for Acrobat Pro. 

Please try to log-out of the mobile application, reboot the mobile device and re-login with your Adobe credentials and see if that works.  Also ensure that the Acrobat Mobile application is updated to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once.
