Problema em salvar

Sou assinante (me arrependo) uso no Tablet Sansung S6 Lite, acontece que o app vem atrasando meus estudos. Toda hora aparece a mensagem "Não responde", não salvando meus grifos (uso pra revisar). Além de ser bem lento. Comprei cartão de memoria, limpei cache, forçei parada e absolutamente NADA responde.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Mobile app you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

 

Also check for any pending/missing updates and try updating it from the Play Store and reboot the device once.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check for the issue.

 

As you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, please share a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and understanding.
