problema Reembolso

Hola! Ayer Cancelé dos planes y recibí el reembolso en mi tarjeta de credito, solo q hoy cuando entro a mi banco me aparece q un plan fué cobrado nuevamente, y mi banco me está cobrando ese dinero. A alguien le pasó? Les resolvieron??
