Problemas con el inicio de sesión

Buenas noches, soy usuario de la versión Android de Acrobat, tenia instalado la versión made for Samsung y era un gran dolor de cabeza, ya que con frecuencia me aprecia un mensaje de error "Error en la compra de la aplicación" y esto ocurria estuviese o no utilizando la App. Ahora bien, la quité e instalé la versión disponible en la Play Store y si bien ya no aparece el error me es un total fastidio estar realizando inicio de sesión a cada rato ya que no hay manera de que la App se guarden mis datos. Borre los datos almacenados en la memoria cache y nada que se resuelve la situación. escribo por aca para ver que se resuelve. Mi equipo es un Samsung J2 PRO 2018.

Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. A video/screen recording that shows the issue clearly?

2. Application version?

3. Android version?

Also, please confirm a few things:

  1. Do you have the Adobe Scan app and is it also signing out repeatedly?
  2. Try removing Adobe’s account from the Accounts in Settings app? And try if that resolved the issue.
  3. Try doing Clear Data by going into Setting> Adobe Acrobat> Storage> Clear data and Clear cache

    Note**

    Make sure that before clearing the data, please backup all the PDF files to Adobe Document Cloud or a local device.

Hope you are doing well. A similar issue was reported by a few other users too and it is now fixed in the recent update. Could you update the app and check if the issue still persists.
