Problemas con la suscripción

Hola pagué la suscripcion anual hasta marzo 2023 pero hace una semana la anule sin querer. Ahora tengo la versión gratuita y si quiero activar el premiun otra vez me pide que vuelva a pagar cuando no me han devuelto el dinero. 
como puedo activar el premiun otra vez o recuperar mi dinero?

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with the subscription. 

 

Can you please log in to the document cloud online portal with the same e-mail address that you have the subscription with and check if the tools work for you online: https://www.adobe.com/documentcloud

 

If it works there, try these steps:

1. Log out of the Acrobat Reader Mobile application;

2. Restart your device;

3. Log in with the same e-mail address you did on the portal.
