Problemas de suscripcion Adrobat Reader

Quiero hacer una nueva suscripcion de Adobre Reader pero me indica que inicie sesion con un mail anterior al cual ya no tengo acceso. No me permite acceder con otra cuenta con suscripcion activa ni generar una nueva suscripcion

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

 

Are you using an Apple device? From the description, it seems that you are logged in using the same Apple ID on your device while trying to use a different email address on Acrobat Reader.

 

If this is the case, Apple detects that you used the same Apple ID to make a purchase on your account, and thus prevents another purchase of the same application.

If this is you, try removing the Apple ID from your device, and create a new Apple ID and then try again.

 

If this is not you, please share a screen recording of the entire event for us to investigate and get back to you on this.
