Ayant souscrit à l'AI assistant, j'obtiens le message d'erreur "Un problème s'est produit" lorsque j'active l'AI assistant dans l'App. Comment résoudre le problème ?

I purchased my subscription via the *App Store*.

Please find attached the email confirmation I received after the purchase,
as requested.

appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
