Problème pour compléter un formulaire pdf sur tablette

Bonjour

 

Pour mes dossiers patients j'utilise des formulaires Pdf. Depuis que je suis passé sur tablette à chaque fois que je veux compléter mon formulaire le texte s'affiche en une lettre par ligne. Ce phénomène ne se produit pas sur PC. 

J'ai testé sur différentes tablettes et c'est à chaque fois pareil. Cf photo ci jointe. 

C'est assez embêtant, comment puis je résoudre cela ?

What happens when you use Acrobat Reader on the tablet?

Rien de spécial, je peux lire mon document sans problème. Mais quand je veux compléter les zones de textes le phénomène que j'ai décrit se produit.

Sorry for the delayed response. If you are still facing the issue, that you are unable to complete a form from Reader mobile app on iPad Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Is it happening with all PDFs or a particular PDF?

2. If possible, could you share the file with us to reproduce the issue?

3. Application version?

Make sure that the app is up to date.

Les logiciels lecteurs de PDF sur mobile ne sont pas au niveau de ceux disponibles pour les ordinateurs.

Quel logiciel utilisez vous ?

Acrobat Reader Mobile ou autre ?

Acrobate du PDF, InDesigner et Photoshopographe

J'utilise Adobe Acrobat pour ouvrir mon document.
