Problems connecting to Document Cloud from Android OS smartphone

Hello,

Lately, I have been having problems in uploading PDFs to my Document Cloud. I am a free user and I did not face this problem in the beginning. I am trying to upload PDFs from my Android OS smartphone. It says that there is a problem in connecting to Document Cloud.

  2. Make and model of your device?

Try to sign out and sign back in. Check for the latest version of the Adobe Reader Mobile application in the Google App Store.
