My files are not opening

Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to open the files in the application.

Do you get any error message? If yes please share the exact message you receive there.

How exactly are you opening the files?

Do you open them directly from the application or you opening them from some other location?

Is it an issue with all the files you try to open? Please check and let us know.

Share the make and model of the device.

Also, please provide the OS version and the Adobe Acrobat Reader version installed on your device.
