Problems with image fields in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Hello friends,
Insert an image field in my form in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and when I click into view, I appear an option as if it was a link, and when I select it, then open a window for me. But when I use this form on a tablet or mobile phone, this feature does not work, can you help me?
