Problems with new Adobe Reader on Ipad

This new update of Adobe Reader is not working properly. It’s not opening my files and constantly drive me out from program. I redownload the program but still the same problem occur.

Hi Gench,

As the application is not working, make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch available i.e. version 18.10.02.

Try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.

If the issue still persists after updating the application, please share the details asked below:

- The current version of the application installed on the device.

- Make and model of the device

- OS installed on the device
