Que estafadores, quise probar la versión gratuita y me terminaron cobrando el plan anual!!!! Necesito que me devuelvan mi plata, yo no acepte ese plan, era solo la versión gratuita

This could be because you might have purchased monthly and not yearly, as a free trial is only applicable with yearly purchases.

For cancellation and refund, you need to connect with the particular store you purchased the application from; as Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores.

te resolvieron el problema?, quiero activar la prueba pero me da miedo q me lo cobren

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

You can avail the trial without any issues or fear of getting charged.

Please ensure that you select the annual package instead of the monthly plan.

 

The 7-day free trial is available only for the annual plan, which is where most of the users get charged, as they opt in for the monthly plan.

Hola, el dia de hoy quise active la prueba gratuita de 7 dias, sin embargo no la use y cancele la suscripció, acabo de revisar mi cuneta y me cobraron el mes de suscripción, se supone que era gratuita y nisiquiera la use un dia, necesito ayuda
