Question

Purchase Complete. Waiting for feature activation.

I have the $9.99 monthly subscription for Acrobat.  I need to edit documents frequently. EVERY TIME I have to unsubscribe and resubscribe in order to edit a document, because when I go to edit, I get the message "Purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation" on my screen for hours.   When I subscribe again, I can edit the document.  Please help as this is super frustrating and time consuming.  I am on an IPad, but happens on my Iphone as well. I have already tried deleting, and downloading app again.

Which subscription are you using with Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is free)? When you unsubscribe followed by re-subscribed, are you being charged each time you subscribe?

Acrobat Converter and Editor is the subscription I have.  It's a monthly fee of $9.99.  It doesn't charge me every time.  When I unsubscribe it says I can use the editor until, for example May 20th, when my subscription will end.  But I can't use the editor unless I have just hit the subscribe button. If I close out the window at all, I lose my editing capabilities and have to start the subscribing process over again.
