Purchase of subscription by mistake

I installed this app and app suggested for a 7 day free trail ,i clicked on that and suddenly lost 2600₹ from my wallet for a one year subscription which I never wanted

I tried to ask refund but yet denied. I used the links from the previous grievances! !Still the refund was not accepted

Please refund! !!! As it was a purchase by mistake

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with subscription and refunds. Please ensure that you are cancelling subscriptions from the app store where you initiated the subscription from. Refer to cancelling a subscription on Acrobat's Help page to make sure you are following the right steps.
