Purchased premium but can only access reader

On May 2nd I purchased the annual premium plan but I can only access the reader. When I go to the iOS App Store it wants me to buy the premium plan again 

 

how do I access the premium or alternatively please retroactively cancel the 69.99 charge

    I have checked your Adobe account with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan. Please logout of the application and re-login with the same email that you have used to purchase the premium plan and see if that works.
