Hi Harsh,

I have a similar issue – with my Mac iOS devices – iPad and iPhone.

My Adobe Cloud account works perfectly fine with my desktop applications – but iOS apps like Fresco and Capture will not log in on my iPad. Everything is new and updated.

When either device tries to access my Adobe account at: ims-na1.adobelogin.com – it says 'can't be opened because the server stopped responding'.

I don't think can't force my iPad to use a specific browser to access this address

PLEASE HELP!

Thanks, Dominic

    Hello Dominic,

    I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

    On your phone. can you try the below steps and check if it works:

    1. Go to settings-> Wi-Fi-> disable it;

    2. In settings, go to Mobile Data-> Mobile Data-> On;

    3. Then try to login in ti the application.

    Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks,

    Souvik.

    Hi Souvik,

    No this doesn't help I'm afraid.

    On my iPad (iOS) – if I launch Adobe Fresco and select Login – it tries to go to this address (as already mentioned): ims-na1.adobelogin.com –  and gets stuck.

    And if I try and login via the Adobe.com login button – it goes to this address, but also gets stuck: https://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud.html

    So I am unable to use Fresco with my University Adobe acount.

    This account works perfetcly well on my laptop and desktop MacOS machines where I regularly use Illustrator, InDesign etc.

    Can someone at Adobe please help!

    Best,

    Dominic

    @Pixeldust Hi,

    Since you are experiencing this issue with Fresco, I suggest you install the Creative Cloud application.

    Once installed, check if you can log in with your university account there or not. If you get through successfully, Fresco should recognize your credentials and sign you in automatically.

    Let me know if this works.

    Thanks,

    Souvik.
