I am having exactly the same issue, first noticed on 27 Feb. Only happens on ipad and iphone, but not on laptop where the documents are created.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more details like the OS and the Acrobat App you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and check for any pending/missing update from the App Store and try updating the app and reboot the device once.

Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more clarity.
