I'm having the same issue I was trying to convert a Word document to PDF and it didn't work so I just canceled mine and I'm requesting that they refund me very frustrating

Hi Melisal,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I see that you have the Adobe PDF pack subscription.

Please make sure that you are signed in with the Adobe ID(email address) that you used to purchase the service.

Then you will be able to use the Export PDF feature on the mobile application.

When you open the PDF in the mobile application, click on the three dots at the top right corner of the application window.

Select "Export PDF" from the list and then select the file format to convert the PDF.
