    As checked, I cannot see any active subscription linked to this email. If you've purchased the subscription through any other email address, kindly share it with me via private message.

    To send a private message-

    • Click on my name. 
    • In my profile, click on the "send a message" option on the right side of the screen.

     

    However, if you have purchased the application from the Adobe store, please refer to this article: -

    For a mobile-based subscription, I suggest contacting the store where you purchased the subscription.

    For Android
    Initiate refund from the store: Request a refund on Google Play - Google Play Help.

    For iOS
    Initiate refund from the store: Request a refund for apps or content you bought from Apple - Apple Support.
