Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and am unable to track any paid subscriptions.
Would you mind sharing the screenshot or a small video recording of the issue as it occurs? Also, share the make and model and the OS of the device and the Acrobat app you are using?
Have you also tried to Sign In on Adobe's official website to see whether that works for you? Adobe: Creative, marketing and document management solutions
If it's a password issue, try resetting it from the Adobe website, as suggested earlier in this discussion.
