I just get s page of boxes with no text.

My solution is to use foxit.

As you have mentioned that you get the error message "Cannot open the PDF" when trying to open PDF.

Please let us know how did you receive the file and how exactly you are opening it on the device.

Do you receive this error message on opening a particular PDF or on all the PDFs?

Share the Adobe Acrobat Reader version installed on your Android device.

Also, share the workflow you follow to open the PDF and the screenshot of the error message you receive.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
