Read only doc

When I select a pdf from Google drive share folder and open it in Adobe app on tablet it will not let me fill and sign or edit, it says the document is a read only document. I have checked the settings in Google and they are set to allow edits on document. We even upgraded to the paid premium version and are still having the same issues. Is there a setting in Adobe app that needs changed? Thank you.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

This could happen for many reasons if the drive from where you have received it does not have a write access. Have you tried downloading the file to the local storage and then checking if it works for you?

Hey there. This is Schaad and so27995957h69i. It does not work still. It
has the same error. Any ideas? I checked the google drive and it says it
has editor access. The PDF on the computer also is NOT set to read only.
Any ideas? Thanks.
