Read only documents

I used to edit one of my documents using acrobat reader on my ipad but now after one month it doesn't allow me to edit it and saying that my document is read only. What should I do? And whay it wasn't read only at first but now it change???

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

As you mentioned that you were able to edit the document earlier, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

[You can check the version by going to Profile-> About Acrobat Reader Mobile]

2. The operating system version of your iPad;

3. The file so we can try and reproduce the issue on our end.

 

While you do so, can you check by moving the file to the internal storage and then check if you can edit the file? This issue could be with the permission for file changes with the location.
