Reader PDF maker IOS Admin authentication

When installing Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF Maker on IOS, our users are prompted to provide admin permissions to Azure for outlook and files. What is this for and why is it needed?

    We have the same issue and even though we have approved the Adobe Acrobat Reader Enterprise Application, it still continues to prompt for Admin consent.  

     

    Anyone have any ideas?
