I read my daily paper (The Globe and Mail) as a pdf on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 SM-T500 using Acrobat Reader  v 23.2.1.26166. A couple or more months ago, it started this odd behavior where if I zoom in on part of a page, or scroll to the next page, large chunks of the page, corresponding to article layout, go blank - they display as a white screen. If I exit and reopen, all is well for awhile and then it happens again.

I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling, and that did not help. Any ideas?

Hi @SandyAlexC,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

The issue could be due to the architecture of the file. Do you experience the issue with a single file or all the files?

Would you mind sharing the file with us to reproduce on our end? Also, a screen recording or a screenshot of what you see would be of great help to understand better.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Souvik,

So of course when I went to recreate this problem this morning, I could not make it happen! As soon as it happens again, I will send the file, and a screen shot.

This problem had been consistently happening with the Globe and Mail daily newspaper - different daily issues of the paper. I do not recall off hand if it has happened with other pdf documents on my tablet. The daily paper is the only pdf I access regularly on my tablet. I will update this post when it happens again

@SandyAlexC Sure. Whenever you experience the same issue, please share the details mentioned and we will make sure to investigate the issue further and get a fix released.
