I purchased Acrobat DC Pro, and I made hyperlinks on my pdf files with Acrobat DC Pro in my computer. I can read the hyperlinks well in my computer. However, I cannot read the hyperlinks in my smart phone with the acrobat reader program. Is there any way to read the hyperlinks?

Hi,

Could you let us know the version of Acrobat Reader app installed on your Android device?

What is the version of Android OS installed on the device?

You may refer to this link for the same:  Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Troubleshooting FAQs

Would it be possible if you can share the problematic pdf file with us?

You may create a link for the file using the following link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

(i) Click Add Files > Choose Files from My Computer

(ii) Select the pdf file and click "Create Link"

Thank You,

Shivam

I resolved the issue by clicking the option to save the files "Best for

electronic distribution" when saving them as PDF. This solved the problem.

Thanks!

Amy
