Recent files erasing

I have the latest Adobe acrobat. When attempting to do anything with a recent file it continues to erase and not save. Combining and organizing files do not save, I have erased old files and restarted the app

Even when I open files from scan to acrobat it erased from my recent and cannot be found in acrobat

Please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The iOS version of the device you are using;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you follow;

Im having the same problem can we get an answer to this. I rely on this daily and this unacceptable. I use the recent files to navigate most of my work and nothing modified is showing up there, Please respond.
