Reclamação de um pagamento não autorizado

Boa tarde,eu acabei de receber uma cobrança da assinatura sem a minha autorização,eu entrei em modo grátis de alguns dias como teste,e quando acabou automaticamente o aplicativo assinou a assinatura sem a minha permissão sem nenhuma confirmação.

    I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.

    Boa tarde, tinha feito uma troca de plano, do plano de fotografia para o plano do creative cloud todos ao qual me foi cobrado o dinheiro e não me foi disponibilizado o serviço. Ainda por cima na parte da faturação, não aparece a fatura do valor.

     

    Como se processa a devolução ou a ativação do serviço?
