Recuperar documento pdf

Hola estuve trabajando un documento importante y se me dañó teléfono lo tenia en pdf en adobe que modificaba constantemente compre otro teléfono y necesito el documento ¿ como puedo recuperar lo? Abría con correo el adobe me solicitaba y daba clic en cualquier correo de mi teléfono y abría la aplicación ahora no se en donde lo puedo seguir trabajando. Es sumamente importante recuperar. Ayuda. Gracias.

Could you please provide more details about the issue you’re experiencing? Are you referring to a password required to open a PDF document? If so, please note that Adobe does not store or keep a record of user-set passwords for PDF files. If you have forgotten the password, the best solution would be to recreate the PDF from the original source file, if available.

Hi Yosber,

 

Sorry to hear about your phone.

Whenever you switch phone or setup an additional device, there are couple of things to keep in mind so that you can transfer/access all of your work to other device without losing anything.

 

1- Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app

2- Make sure you have Signed In within the the app using same email (Adobe ID) as used before.

3- Signing with same email will sync all the files stored on Cloud storage. Like (DC Web, Onedrive, Google drive etc)

4- All the files saved to Document Cloud web on previous device will be accessible through new phone as well. Just the files stored "On device" storage of old phone will not be accessible from new one.
