Récupération fichiers récents supprimés

Bonjour,

Sur mon téléphone portable, via l'application Adobe, je viens de supprimer, par erreur, tous mes fichiers figurant dans l'onglet "Fichiers récents". Je souhaiterais récupérer tous ces fichiers.

Comment procéder ?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

Just to get a better understanding, have you cleared your recent file list or deleted the files from there?

 

If you have only cleared the recent list, it means that the files are intact, and if you open them again, they should appear on the recent list of the application without fail.

 

Now, if you have used the delete feature from the menu, it means that the files have been removed from the source location, and you will need to get access to them again. 

 

Let us know which one is the case, and we can discuss this further.

Hi there,

Hope you're doing well.

I understand how worrying it can be when files go missing.

As described in the previous message, if you only cleared the “Recent” list, your files are still safe. They haven’t been deleted and will appear again when you open them.

However, if the files were deleted using the "Delete" option from the menu, they’ve been removed from their original location. In that case, if you had backed them up to Adobe Document Cloud or another cloud service, you can restore them from there. login to document cloud (https://adobe.ly/4kzd5N5) with your Adobe credentials and go to Document tab and check for files under 'Your Documents' section.

If there was no backup, the files may have been permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.
