Red rectangle instead of barcode on Android reader

Hi,

 

When I open a PDF on my Android (Samsung Galaxy S7) phone using the Adobe Reader app I am shown a red rectangle instead of the barcode. This is extremely embarassing when you are in line of people and there is an expectation you can present the barcode to be scanned. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Sorry for the delay in response.

     

    As you get the red rectangle instead of the barcode, is it an issue with particualr files or with all?

    How exactlt did you recieve this file with barcode? 

    Would you mind sharing any sample file with us? We would like to check it on our end. To share the file you may use the steps provided here https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161
