Había cancelado la prueba gratuita pero al pasar el mes me han cobrado una mensualidad y me gustaría recibir el reembolso.

    Hola, después de estos años, como solucionaste este problema, porque actualmente me encuentro con el tema, de que cancele un plan, y al pasar el mes me cobraron 7 veces el monto, por ejemplo la mensualidad me salia 5 mil pesos chilenos, y hoy de la nada se me cobraron 46 mil pesos chilenos, pese de tener cancelado el plan.

    I checked your account registered on the community and found a subscription for Acrobat Standard DC, which has been canceled.

    Also, no charges were levied on your account.

     

    As you mentioned about being charged, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the email that you received related to the charge confirmation, which also mentions the amount being sent to Adobe? 

    This will help us investigate the issue further and assist you better.
