Buenos días me vuelvo a poner en contacto con vosotros por que el plan prémium lo cancele el mismo día que se hizo el cobro no he recibido reespuesta de reembolso ni de cancelación de la suscripción y el iPhone ya no me da la opción de cancerlr puesto que ya está cancelada necesito respuestas son casi 80€ que no tengo necesidad de pagar por que la aplicación solo la necesite un dia

I checked your email address registered here in the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Reader Mobile. 

The plan was not cancelled, so you did not receive the refund.

 

You may check with App Store support and get the plan refunded.
