Cancele mi suscripción hace tiempo y adóbenme sigue cobrando por mes $299.

No me contentan en correos, apple me dice que tengo cancelada la suscripción y que no puedo pedir reembolso pero aún me siguen cobrando.

adobe es una estafa nunca lo usen.

 

yo quería probarlo un mes gratis, pero no me gusto y esta muy caro. Aparte que tengo que seguir pagando

Can you clarify a few things?

  • What exactly are you being charged $299 per month? That seems high for Acrobat Premium if that's what you subscribed to.
  • Do you have two Adobe IDs? One that is cancelled and one that is subscribed?
  • Since Apple said you cancelled the subscription, are you sure the $299 is from Apple? It sounds suspiciously like a scammer. Please find out who is billing you.
  • Did you subscribe on both iOS and Android? You tagged both.
  • Do you also have questions about the other issues you tagged — commenting, crashes, create, edit, export, Enterprise, forms, printing, and security? Please ask those questions. If it was a mistake, let us know and we can remove the tags.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with the Acrobat Reader Mobile subscription.

 

The free trial you are referring to is for the first 7-days that too if you opt-in for a yearly subscription.

 

Also, as you mentioned, you are being charged; please share the receipt of the charges you are getting from Apple or a statement from your bank highlighting the transaction to Adobe so we can investigate further.
