Trataba de probar por unos día la apps y decidi pagar lo de una semana, y cuando me llega la factura, me dicen que me cobraron el año primium, eso es un robo.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

You were charged for an entire year because we do not offer subscriptions weekly. It is either a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription. 

If you have utilized the free trial for the application, you might have opted in for a yearly subscription, as the trial is limited to only the annual subscription model.

 

Also, since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.

La verdad esto es una estafa por aparte de ustedes, ya que hacen el cobro anticipado del año sin consentimiento, o aviso previo, 

Yo solo queria probar la apps y me cobraron un año entero,

Probé pedir un reembolso en Google play

Y me dice que no se puede aprobar el reembolso, por qué no cumple con la política de ellos,

esto es un robo.

Es lo mismo que me pasó AMI en Google Play dicen que no reembolsan por la política de ellos , Y ni te notifican cuando se van a terminar los días de prueba gratuitos ,deberían de checar eso por qué hacen que cataloguen mal a la App de Acrobat
