I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
You were charged for an entire year because we do not offer subscriptions weekly. It is either a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription.
If you have utilized the free trial for the application, you might have opted in for a yearly subscription, as the trial is limited to only the annual subscription model.
Also, since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
