Bom dia!

Assinei o aplicativo porém não usei porque ao transformar o PDF em editável as letras não vem do mesmo tamanho e não consigo mudar. Quando seleciono só vai a palavra toda para letras maiores ou menos do que a que eu preciso para reeditar. Diante disso tudo peço encarecidamente que estornem o meu valor de R$22,99 já que não usei o produto e não serve como pensei que serveria. A assinatura foi dia 03-05...peço por gentileza o estorno do meu valor. Muito obrigado
