I checked your Adobe account using the email linked to this community and saw that your subscription was purchased through Apple/iTunes. Since the subscription was made through Apple, we don’t have full access to manage it on our end.

To cancel the subscription, please get in touch with Apple Support directly.

Hola, mi pareja me suscribió a vuestra aplicación y luego no me la canceló y no me mandaron recordatorio de suscripción para haberla cancelado
