Olá. Gostaria de solicitar o reembolso da cobrança do aplicativo. 

O aplicativo mandava uma mensagem que para utilizar seria os 30 dias gratuitos, mas na hora foi cobrado o valor do meu cartão, imediatamente eu cancelei pois não estava no prazo de cobrança. Então gostaria do reembolso desse valor.

    We do not offer 30 days of free trial. The trial period is for seven days, that too if you opt for the annual subscription.

     

    You were charged because you opted for the monthly package, which does not come with the trial.

    Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
