Olá, havia assinado para usar teste de 7 dias do adobe reader, havia cancelado ja dentro do prazo, antes que o período de teste terminasse justamente para que não houvesse débito algum e mesmo assim debitaram em meu cartão uma assinatura anual. Quero o reembolso do valor o quanto antes, tendo em vista que no momento não estou em condições para pagar tal quantia, necessito o reembolso antes que minha fatura feche por favor.
