I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and haven't found any paid subscription, If you have used another Email ID please share it via DM so we can check it further.

 

Additionally, if you have purchased the subscription via Apple App Store, please go through the help article (https://adobe.ly/4eDFRKf) and see if that works.
