Hola, el día 4 de septiembre se realizó cargo automático por renovación mensual no autorizada, *AUN NO VENCÍA mi suscripción, sino hasta hoy 6 de septiembre; y ya está cancelada desde hace 2 dias porque ya no la ocupo de momento. Podrías ayudarme con

el reembolso por favor.

@coral_vanessa_7510 you can canceled your plan on adobe.com,  https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html  But, if you purchased elsewhere such as Google Play or Apple App Store, contact the store directly. Adobe dosn't have access to those accounts and billings
