I did check that you have purchased the Adobe Export PDF service.

However, the service is not purchased directly from Adobe.

It seems that you have purchased the service from the Google Play store as you are using the Android device.

If yes, you need to cancel your subscription directly from Google Play Store. You may take help of the steps mentioned in the link Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play - Android - Google Play Help.

El dia 9 de junio me cobraron S/103.00 soles en adobe stoke luego de vencer la prueba gratuita, y el dia 13 de junio hice la cancelacion porque no usaba el programa adobe stoke, ya va a ser un mes esperando mi devolucion, ademas de llamar a asistentes de adobe  y me dijeron que el lunes o el martes de esta semana llegaria mi reenbolso, pero hasta ahora nada :(. Por favor necesito una solucion.
