  1. Cancele la suscripción antes de los 14 días, solo me llegó el mensaje de la cancelación y que se efectuaría el reembolso pero no lo han hecho, tiene algún tiempo el procedimiento?

    Me paso igual, y no encuentro por ningun lado donde se solicita el reembolso
