El 12 de enero 2026 me cobraron una anualidad de MNX 650.00 pesos el 14 de enero 2026 cancele y perdí reembolso de pedido AB06756803041CMX sigo sin respuesta alguna. 

Solamente me cancelaron la cuenta.

@veloci_9269 FYI, sending a screenshot of your email doesn't do anything to pushing to get an answer. It's obvious that nobody is online?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news to you....but it isn't Adobe who is charging you...it's either Google or Apple. Because you are making a post in the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum,  this would mean you may have made the purchase on your mobile device may it be Google Play Store or Apple App store, you need to contact thm directly. In other words, because the payment was processed through as Apple, or Google, (depending on what device you used), those companies hold the billing relationship with you as a customer. Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access your accounts, billings, or even initiate or process a refund back to the user's credit card or account balance. 

If you have already cancelled, did you get an email from them? Not an email to us? From Google or Apple?
