Reembolso período grátis e cancelamento

Eu cancelei antes do período grátis terminar. E assim que cancelei foi cobrada a assinatura. Quero o reembolso. Estou enviando print da tela da Adobe onde está cancelado.

Adobe Acrobat Premium is only available for mobile devices. If you purchased from the App Store or Google Play, then they took your payment, not Adobe. You need to contact them for payment issues.
