    Hi @Yash  I have already tried looking into your account and unable to find any subscription or free trial linked with an autopay. In this situation the best approach would be to reach out to PhonePay support team for further help.

    @Yash

    To cancel automatic payments linked to Google Play, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel, and tap Cancel subscription.

    If you're referring to a UPI or bank mandate AutoPay in the Google Pay app, open Google Pay, tap your profile picture > Autopay, select the active mandate from the Live tab, and tap Cancel Autopay.

    Hi @Yash

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using in this community, and I am unable to track any active/paid plan.

    Here are some of the steps you can try:

    1. Sign in at https://adobe.ly/4pA9Hpe. Make sure you're using the exact same email address you entered during the free trial signup. If the trial is registered, it will appear here even if other parts of the site still look blank.

    2. Adobe sends an automatic confirmation as soon as a free trial with autopay is set up. Search your inbox, including spam and promotions folders, for an email from adobe@email.adobe.com. If you find one, the trial is confirmed on Adobe's backend, and the account page just needs to catch up.

    3Once your plan shows at https://adobe.ly/4pA9Hpe, here's how to cancel:

    Select Manage plan > Cancel your plan, then follow the steps, review cancellation details, and confirm.

    Full cancel guide: https://adobe.ly/4yKj0r4

    Cancel before your free trial ends, and your payment method won't be charged.

    Hope this information will help.

    But if I share my transaction ID you can cancel the Autopay right because the phone pay doesn't guarantee cancellation it is directly linked to Adobe and my bank account
