Dear Adobe Billing Team,

I am writing to formally request a refund for a charge made to my account despite canceling my subscription on the same day of purchase.

Account Name: Ciara Ann Mendoza  
Subscription Date: April 8 or 9, 2025  
Cancellation Date: Same day as subscription  
Amount Charged: PHP 2,000  
Payment Method: Debit Card  

I canceled the subscription shortly after subscribing, within the same day. However, I was still charged PHP 2,000 from my bank account, which should not have occurred.

I kindly request:
- A full refund of PHP 2,000 to my original payment method  
- Confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled and no further charges will be made  

Please treat this matter with urgency. I can provide proof of cancellation and transaction details if needed.
