Refund

I tried a free trial. I couldn't cancel my plan, so I was charged on Saturday. When I tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund, I realized that I had paid using the wrong email address. Since it's a non-existent email address, I can't log in. How can I log in and cancel my plan?

@skilled_guide4743 don't forget because this was posted in the Reader Mobile, it almost always means the transaction was handled by the platform's native store, not Adobe directly. You are essentially making an "In-App Purchase." The payment method on file is charged by Apple, or Google, who then remit a portion of the payment to Adobe.

Because the payment was processed through either as Apple, or Google, (depending on what device you used), those companies hold the billing relationship with you as a customer. Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access the accounts, billings, or even initiate or process a refund back to the user's credit card or account balance.
